The body of the scarf is worked entirely in half double crochet, with increases and decreases along the same edge to create a gentle crescent shape.
The pattern PDF includes instructions for 3 sizes: Small, Medium and Large, with instructions to customize the length to any size dog you like.
Stitches used: slip stitch, chain, single crochet, half double crochet
Yarn: Any worsted weight acrylic yarn; the sample is made with Hobby Lobby “I Love This Yarn” in Fire Red (Approx. 2-3oz)
Fur yarn for the trim: Any bulky or super bulky faux fur; the sample uses Yarn Bee “Fur the Moment” in Cream
