BYOF stands for Bring Your Own Food! BYOF Mitts are fingerless mitts with a twisted cable design that's easier to knit than it sounds. These are a perfect fingerless mitt for Spring. The pattern uses almost exactly one 50 g skein of Quince & CO. Finch or any fingering weight yarn. If you prefer a longer mitt, you'll want 100 g of yarn just to be safe.
