Product Details
This all-seasons go-to sweater, with just enough original detailing and a flattering scooped neckline is worked seamlessly from the top down. Stitches for the neck ribbing are picked up and knit at the end. Suitable for a confident beginner. Use a cotton-wool blend for a transitional piece, or any other worsted weight yarn to suit your preference, or climate! The eyelet details show up best in a yarn with good stitch definition. Intended to fit with 5-10 cm / 2-4 inches of positive ease at the bust. The body tapers in just slightly from the bust to the upper hips, although this can easily be omitted if an alternative body shape is preferred. The length can easily be adjusted according to your preference. The sample pictured is knit in the discontinued Rowan Amy Butler Bell Organic Aran.
