This pattern INCLUDES instructions for four different yarn weights - sport, dk, worsted and bulky. An allover 2x2 rib stitch gives this hat a refined, casual style. Minimal ease, crown decreases that form a concentric pattern and a wide, turned-up brim keep the look contemporary.

sport: 48 sts & 48 rnds = 4”/10cm on US 1 (2.25mm) needles in 2 x 2 ribdk: 36 sts & 32 rnds = 4”/10cm on US 3 (3.25mm) needles in 2 x 2 ribworsted: 32 sts & 30 rnds = 4”/10cm on US 5 (3.75mm) needles in 2 x 2 ribbulky: 20 sts & 22 rnds = 4”/10cm on US 10 (6mm) needles in 2 x 2 rib
