The Almost Too Easy Cowl is exactly that: super beginner friendly, knits up in a couple of hours, and pops right on over any top or under any jacket: playful detail with silky squish, and no special stitches to learn!
Perfect for 'Super Bulky 'Lite', this cowl was designed in collaboration with Baah Yarns using their fabulous Sequoia yarn, which is super specific in its composition. (If you can't get your hands on a hank of Sequoia, a couple of similar yarns that will work well are the new Malabrigo Noventa as well as madelinetosh ASAP.)
Bulky:
This pattern also works for a standard skein of Bulky Yarn with a 100% Merino Wool content and at least 105 yards/100g or 100 yards/112g.
Important: You want to avoid traditional Super Bulky/Jumbo like Malabrigo Rasta or Cascade Magnum which are too thick, without enough yardage(despite the label—thickness plays a huge part).
