About Adult Rumi CardiganPattern uses super bulky yarn to create a modern oversize cardigan that’ll keep you warm and cozy. The cardigan is knitted top down, so you can adjust the length as needed. Instruction for optional German short rows included that helps raise the neck and shoulders for a better fit.
Knitting Needles• Circular Needles 30-40 inches long: US 19/15mm and US 15/10mm. These will be used to knit the body. • Double pointed needles US 19/15mm and US 15/10mm. These will be used to knit the sleeves in the round. If using magic loop, you don’t need DPN’s.
YarnSuper bulky (6) Preferred yarn: Malabrigo Rasta 90yd/150g. Shown here in Natural. You’ll need approximately 350 (400, 440, 480) 525 (575, 650, 775) 825 yards. Yarn Alternatives: The Wool by We Are Knitters, Lion Brand Thick and Quick
