Product Details
Watermelon over the shoulder bag. This pattern is suitable for an experienced beginner, someone with a basic knowledge of crochet stitches and up for a bit of a challenge. I have included lots of photos and a link to a YouTube video to help.
I used Deramores STUDIO Anti-Pilling Chunky: approximately 50 g ruby, 50 g fir, couple of meters of ebony and frost colour. My tension is 7 rows/ 6 stitches = 5 x 5 cm. However, this is not hugely important as depending on your tension, you will get either a slightly smaller or larger bag.
This pattern was also tested using aran/worsted and DK weight yarn with the corresponding crochet hooks, bag will look the same but will turn out smaller in size.
This pattern is also suitable when crocheting left-handed.
