Yarn recommendations are Lion Brand Thick and Quick wool ease #6 extra chunky in 3 colors A-Black, B-Claret, C-Rasberry ,however you can use any extra chunky yarn or color you prefer.
If you choose the recommended yarn, you will not use the entire skeins. Plenty of yarn is left over for a second cowl or beanie.
