Product Details
This pretty stocking is inspired by traditional Scandi designs. It is worked in the round on double pointed needles from the top down and features a simple rib cuff, colour work leg and foot, a shaped toe and an afterthought heel. The motifs are worked from charts using the Fair Isle method. Techniques include working in the round, knit and purl stitches, colourwork (Fair Isle), simple decreases, picking up stitches and grafting (Kitchener stitch). Finished circumference is 33cm/13in, finished length from top of cuff to tip of toe is 50cm/20in approx. Also included is a Mini Christmas Jumper pattern - ideal for any left overs!
