Product Details
Lazy River Crochet Cowl highlights color changes in striped and gradient yarns. Wear it long or wrapped short for warmth against the winter chill.
The color movement is accomplished without using short rows or slipped stitches, and results in softly undulating edges. Different yarns will produce different results.
Worked flat with the short ends seamed (or leave the ends unseamed for a scarf), this pattern is written only. Instructions are included for two gauges and finished cowl circumferences. Choose your yarn & gauge to create your unique cowl.
To create the cowl as shown with Jacquard Color Sock Yarn (blue, brown, grey/white jacquard) - use hook size US G/6 (4.0mm), 2 skeins.
To create the cowls as shown using Noro Silk Garden Sock Yarn (blue to grey gradient) - use hook size US I/9 (5.5mm), 1 skein.
Any sock yarn may be substituted for either of the above yarns.
