Product Details
This was the first pattern in my Miss Potter Sock Club.
Jemima was a real duck that lived with Beatrix at Hill Top Farm. She was self-important and very naive, but also sweetly endearing.
She was tricked by a wily fox into gathering ingredients for a stew. Little did she know that she was to be part of the recipe !
This design was inspired by the trellis fence that borders the vegetable garden.
The rhythmic stitch pattern produces a pretty, textural fabric. It works perfectly with tonal, speckled, variegated or self-striping yarns.
