Babies and girls shoulder buttoning dress - Jacqueline
This gorgeous knee length, a-line dress has garter stitch bands and is worked in two colours. It features a round neck, set-in sleeves and buttons at the shoulders making it easy to get on and off. It is photographed in size 3 months.
Pattern sizes: 3 months (6 months-12 months-2 years-4 years)
To fit chest: 40 (45-50-55-60) cm [15¾ (17¾-19¾-21½-23½) ins].
Actual measurement at chest: 46 (52-58-63-69) cm [18 (20½-23-24¾-27) ins].
Length: 34 (38-48-52-61) cm [13½ (15-19-20½-24) ins].
Yarn required: Lincraft Sorbet, 50g balls@123m.
2 (2-3-4-5) balls Colour 1 (C1).
2 (3-3-4-5) balls Colour 2 (C2).
Needles required: A pair of 3.25mm [UK 10, US 3/4] knitting needles.
Wool needle for sewing up.
Other requirements: A stitch holder; 6 buttons.
Tension: 23 sts and 33 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 3.25mm needles.
