    About

    This year I added shaping to this pattern, originally written in 2016. This is the spider version of the pattern. I modified the pattern somewhat when knitting this pumpkin: I knit 2-rnd color stripes on the base (instead of using a solid color) and I used duplicate stitching to change the hourglass shape from white to red.

    • Circular 2.25mm (US 1) 30cm
    • Double Point 2.25mm (US 1) 15cm

    • Stitch Markers
    Other : And a small bit of extra red yarn for the black widow.

    Measurements

    Circumference: 16 in. Height: 5 in.

    Notes: I added stripes to the base and I used duplicate stitch to make the hourglass red instead of white.
