Can't wait to see it sewn up and finished. Did you go to the wool shop in Avalon ??

Yes I did, but I only got one ball of a lovely shade of Cleckheaton superfine merino. I am hoping to do something with my leftovers from a couple of my earlier projects. I enjoyed my time in Avalon, especially the cafes.😀

@Michelle M: I still haven't sewn it up but I plead that the wool is too dark to see properly at night...😆
I have been sewing little dresses and matching bloomers, but I do have some wool ready to go for another top-down jacket.😊

Thanks Jennifer. I am loving the colour too! Not an OGE this time, but I think it will be gorgeous when finished.
I am travelling to Sydney in a couple of weeks with my Mum and we will be staying for a couple of days near you at Avalon Beach. I know you are somewhere else, but it is sometimes such a small world!😀

@Janet: Are you staying in Avalon or near by. There is a lovely wool shop in Avalon in the arcade on Avalon Parade, Amber waves bakery is on the corner of the arcade. They have lovely wools and fabrics. I had actually added this pattern to my collection maybe next year for Aahana

@Jennifer M: I am spending most of the time at St Leonards but will be staying somewhere in Avalon for 3 days. I was going to ask you if there is a wool shop I should visit.😆 I hope they are open on Mondays as that will be the best day for me to do some shopping. Wool shouldn’t weigh much for my 10kgs carry-on...🤭🤣
The pattern is a lovely one.😊
