This square shawl has a center garter stitch panel knit on the bias, from corner to corner. The gradient lace edging is then picked up and knit in the round. With its generous size, wear it as a cozy shawl or use it as a baby blanket. Or try using a variety of yarns to change the size of the shawl if you'd like a lap blanket, or something more open and lacier.
Yarn is held doubled throughout. Yardages stated are approximate total yardage requirements. If you’d like to use a single strand of yarn instead, divide yardages in half.
