Product Details

A native Michigander, transplanted to the east coast, I spent a week this summer enjoying the beauty of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The lace sections of the shawl are reminiscent of the Mackinac Bridge, which takes you from the Lower Peninsula into the Upper Peninsula. The shawl is perfect for keeping warm from the breeze off of Lake Superior.

Level: Easy The pattern features an eight row repeat. There are special decrease stitches, which are detailed in the picture tutorial, making the pattern accessible for a beginner looking for a new challenge.

Size: Adjustable Information is included to change the size of the pattern.

The PDF download includes:

- The complete pattern for the shawl

- A picture tutorial with 57 pictures detailing every row and special stitch

- A list of materials

- A list of abbreviations

- A description of special stitches
