Here is a knitting pattern for a cozy and warm winter set: hat and headband with a diamond cable pattern featuring small cables. The set was knit with “Laniato Merino 125,” 100% Merino wool, 50g 125m (DK), in color 10, in needle size 4mm | US 6. The hat required 65g of yarn. Both the hat and the headband have a snug fit, but the cable pattern provides excellent stretch and flexibility. The instructions include both a chart for the pattern and a written version.
