Lighthouse Shawl….because sometimes you need to be wrapped in a beacon of hope!
I used a fingering weight (1) yarn, but this crochet pattern lends itself well to most weights. This triangle shawl is worked from the top down, so you can make it as big, or small as you like. The pattern is a 1 row repeat until the edging, so it is super easy to memorize.
This crochet pattern calls for a total of 3 skeins of Midknit Cravings Sweet Sock 115 g (4.05 ounces)/388 meters (425 yards) per skein or comparable yarn. The colours shown are 1 skein of Harvest, 1 skein of Sidewalk, and 1 skein of Smoke and Mirrors. You will also need a 3.25 mm (D) crochet hook (or size needed to obtain gauge), a stitch marker, and a yarn needle.
Pre-blocked the shawl measures approximately 144.8 cm (57”) at it’s widest point, and 62.2 cm (24.5”) at it’s longest point. Blocked the shawl measures approximately 200.7 cm (79”) at it’s widest point, and 62.2 cm (24.5”) at it’s longest point.
