I returned this product because it appeared much darker than I thought. In addition it also seemed a bit on the thin side for an Aran wool.
Lovely yarn. Handles well. Knits to Aran pattern sizes with Aran size needles, but gives a softer garment with more drape. Comfortable to wear against the skin.
