The Mercy Bay Cowl is knit in the round and the pattern includes both Charted and Written Instruction.
This is an easy lace pattern suitable for all levels. Instructions are included to adjust the size. The pattern includes instructions for the sewn bind off.
Sample shown, blocked: 10" deep by 50" circumference, using 2 skeins of Manos Silk Blend. Total yardage required for this size is approximately 270 m.
Gauge is 18 sts to 4" over stocking stitch, unblocked. Please note this is a looser gauge than normal for DK weight yarn. The ball band should indicate 20-22 sts to 4".
Any DK weight wool or wool blend would work well with this pattern.
