Product Details
Mosaic Lace is a combination of knitting stripes, slipping stitches, and working lace. You are only working with one strand of yarn at a time - no carrying yarn across the rows. The slipped stitches create an illusion of fancy colorwork and the way they interact with the increases and decreases of lace develop fun and interesting patterns.
This shawl was originally a Mystery Knit-a-long so as you progress through the Clues you will learn more and more about this fun technique while knitting up a beautiful shawl.
