How to crochet an easy king size granny square afghan pattern built of 12 squares crocheted together in one continuous manner. Video tutorial included. You'll need 5990 Yards of Worsted Weight Yarn - I used Red Heart Super Saver Yarn in Light Gray, Shocking Pink and Soft Navy. Each Square used approximately 470 Yards, then the Join used an additional 350 Yards. You'll also need an H8/5mm crochet hook and tapestry needle. For reference, each square took me about 6 hours to work up -> that’s 72 hours for 12 squares. Joining all the squares took approximately 12 hours, with some breaks here and there. Grand total, approximately 84 hours worked over 6 months. Squares are joined using the Continuous Join & Pull Loop Through methods together, and both are explained.
