Product Details
I created this blanket for two of my close friends who have just had a gorgeous little boy. There’s a garter stitch border, colour work rabbits and a repeating structural pattern. I used the intarsia method when knitting the rabbits but you can use any method you prefer. I then used duplicate stitch to add in the tails on the rabbits and name. Once blocked, the blanket measured 87cm by 92cm - this is easily adjustable and tips on how to alter the length/width/design included. I have included a chart of letters and a blank chart of the right size for you to create individual names to add onto the blanket - please email me if you need any help with this. The gauge doesn’t really matter in this project so you could use any yarn you like – this will alter the final size and yardage. I used Drops Paris (50g/75m) - 485g/730m , main colour 17, others 5/10/11/12/13/14 (<10g each) & Sirdar Snuggly Bunny (50g/90m) -1 ball, <10g. These aren't available on here so I have added an alternative yarn.

 - I use circular needles as straight needles due to the weight of the blanket, but either can be used. You may also like to use bobbins for the intarsia
