I love Debbie Bliss Eco Baby. It works up well in baby blankets.
I have knitted 7 blankets and many garments with this yarn over the years, and it always produced a luxurious finished product. However, I don’t feel that the quality is the same this time; it doesn’t seem to have the same silky finish and it has made my fingers quite rough. It is a beautiful colour. My major grumble is the amount of knots I’ve been finding - at least one in every ball. This makes me so mad! It’s not easy to sew in ends with this yarn as it splits instantly (even more so this time), so extra knots to cut off and join in are not welcome. You can’t just knit them in, they don’t hide in a cotton yarn.
