Product Details
The triangular kerchief is a warm-season accessory, knitted with cotton.
The word Hustka in the pattern name is a reference to the Ukrainian word “хустка” [‘hu:stkæ], which means a kerchief or headscarf.
It can be worn tied at the hip as a light accent in an outfit or worn on the head as a traditional kerchief - a detail made by your own hands. The shape highlights the stitch pattern and makes the kerchief comfortable for everyday wear.
As a designer and a knitter, it matters to me not to put my needles away for the summer. This kerchief grew out of that very desire - to knit a lightweight accessory that can be worn in the warm season with the same enjoyment as winter projects.
