This is an easy pattern for an adorable Cat in the Hat inspired baby hat and bow tie Pattern is sized for 3-6 months but can be easily adjusted by using thicker yarn, a bigger, hook, or adding extra rows/stitches. Hat circumference (inside not at brim) is about 15 inches. The bow tie is made to be completely adjustable because triple row can act as button holes all the way across. . Hat is worked in the round.
