This pattern is a basic hat pattern with stitch counts for both a worsted weight hat and a bulky weight hat. There are also instructions for a fold up brim and a slouchy version.
The bulky version of the hat uses about 100 yards of yarn and size 10.5 needles.
The worsted version uses about 150-200 yards of yarn and size 8 needles.
