If your iron is burnt or has black marks on the ironing plate use this inexpensive cleaning stick to return it to as good as new! To use. Turn the iron onto the warm setting and leave to heat for about 2 minutes.Lightly rub the iron plate with the iron cleaning stick and rub off immediately with a clean dry cloth.Clean the steam vents with a couple of quick blasts and wipe off once more with your cloth.Do not inhale any fumes and only use with a warm iron.Note. The Vilene ironing cleaning stick can be used with most irons but it is not recommended for use with non-stick irons.
