These pillows are amazing for extra lumbar support when sitting, and also great head and/or neck support lying down. Put one under each upper arm while lying on your back (so comfortable), or hug one to keep your elbows from knocking together! Includes written pattern as well as a chart, and a way to plan color changes if you want to make the paw pillow look like a special furbaby! Pattern for advanced beginners.
