Tiles & Stripes Cushion

The project uses the fairisle and intarsia techniques on the tiles section of the cushion, the back and picture frame sides are in striped stocking stitch.

The yarn I used is Rowan Felted tweed which is a mix of 50% merino wool, 25% alpaca and 25% viscose and can be washed in the machine on a cool delicate wash (please follow ball band instructions). This yarn is a firm favourite with knitters and crocheters alike, great to use with it's soft tweedy texture and also a performs well for years to come. The project uses 4 different shades. Number of balls needed for the project 2 x 159 Carbon 1 x 184 Celadon 1 x 173 Duck Egg 1 x 192 Amethyst

This cushion has an approximate finished measurement of 39 cm x 39 cm.
