Product Details
A cosy, textured pocket shawl, made using aran weight yarn with thin stripes in a contrasting colour.
You will need a 7mm crochet hook (or size needed to obtain gauge) and approximately 550g / 850m / 935yds aran weight yarn.
Knowledge of basic crochet stitches, techniques and terminology is assumed, including simple colour changes. The shawl is worked in rows and uses US single crochet, half double crochet and front and back post treble crochet worked into stitches 2 rows down. The pattern also uses chainless foundation rows. Descriptions of special stitches are included in the pattern.
This pattern is designed for adults. After blocking, the finished shawl pictured measures 35cm wide by 155cm long.
