I’ve not yet finished this project, but I’m down to just the straps and trim now. The pattern itself is impressive, yet simple. It’s a 10 row repeat, and each row is easy to remember after the first repeat. The one thing I wish was different, and others may disagree, is the fact that it’s made-to-fit, rather than having specific instructions for different sizes like small(medium, large, X-Large). There are two reasons I’d prefer specific sizing instructions: 1. because I'm making this for my daughter who lives in another state and I can’t be sure of her measurements, or her accuracy in taking them herself, and the whole time I'm working on this I’m stressing about whether it’s going to even fit her, and 2. because since you have to figure out the stitch count and everything for your own garment, there seems to be a lot of math involved, and maybe it’s because I’ve never had a brain for math, but the calculation directions aren’t a whole lot of help. However, she does include a link to contact her with any questions, which is nice. All-in-all however, I’d say this is a fun project to watch come together, and I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it’ll get to be worn. At least it doesn’t use much yarn.
