Here at Stitchdoodles we are all about creativity. Sitchdoodles was created in 2019 after I was finding it difficult to find hand embroidery patterns that were exciting and a bit different from the usual. Wanting to combine our love of hand embroidery stitches, traditional sampler techniques as well as quilt designs(!) I decided to come up with something myself and it has evolved into an array of wonderful and colourful designs that will hopefully inspire and excite people to pick up a needle and get 'happy stitching’.

Meadow Flowers is a beautiful design with simple stitches and a gorgeous colourway.

Suitable for beginners through to advanced, this is a delight to stitch with all those wonderful wild flowers. It uses the following stitches... Chain, Straight, Fishbone, Split, French Knots, Fly and Satin Stitch. The pattern details the floss and stitches I used in the example photo but feel free to make your own choices – it’s up to you!
