My love for vintage style, retro, folksy and handcrafted floral themes is once again the inspiration motivating this pair of deeply textured and colourful warm winter wearables. The pattern consists of components and elements that can be adjusted to make many other projects from large throws to bags and anything in between. Allow your imagination to soar. Although both the cowl and hat are ‘small’ patterns there are enough challenging bits to make for a fun and engaging bit of crochet. Perfect for gifting, or spending a cosy evening at home with colourful balls of yarn.
These two projects make perfect stash-buster items and work up quickly. The sizes can be easily adjusted and the colour combinations are endless. I used 8 x 100g balls of Stylcraft Special DK ( but only a small amount of each colour ).
