After dividing the front and back at the bottom of the armholes, stitches are increased to create extended shoulders, with the lace pattern worked over the upper body. German short-rows are used to shape the shoulders. No neck shaping keeps the lace pattern easy to work. Narrow bands of seed stitch edge the hem and armholes. Minimal finishing means you’ll be out and about in your new top all that much sooner!
