The neck pouch is very handy when you have no pockets but need to stash some cash, house key, or other small item. It could probably be adjusted to fit very small cell phones. The top is open for easy access but will not fall out when you bend over due to the shaping. The pouch is soft around the neck, very light and can fit inside your shirt. Size H/8 5mm hook
