Sidalcea is a Contigus set-in sleeve cardigan that is knitted from top to bottom without seams. It has a round neckline and is knitted in jersey. The sleeves have a ribbed finish edged with frills.
Sizes : Finished bust measurements: 85, 95 (105, 115, 125) 135, 145, 155 cm/ 33, 37 (41, 45, 49) 53, 57, 61 “. This cardigan is recommended to be worn with 5-8 cm / 2-3” of ease at the bust. To determine the size to knit, take your chest measurement to which you add the recommended ease.
Yarn : This cardigan is knit with a yarn of type fingering + Lace weight = Dk (merinos and mohair from Lise Tailor). Approx. 940, 1050 (1160, 1275, 1385) 1495, 1605, 1715 m of each yarn. 1030, 1150 (1270, 1395, 1515) 1635, 1755, 1875 yards of each yarn.
Needles : 4 mm (US 6) body; 3.5 mm (US 4) ribbing
Notions : Stitch markers, tapestry needle, waste yarn, 8 buttons (15 mm) + 4 buttons (12 mm)
Gauge : 21 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm/ 4 “ in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles (US 6), after blocking.
