*I have also knit these with heavier weight sock yarn at a gauge of 8sts & 11 rows per inch (over st st). Use 2.75mm needle for the leg & 2.5mm for the foot. Sizing will then be: S/M/L [8/9/10"]/[20.5/23/23/5cm] *
