A very easy pattern to create a lovely textured design.
The only stitches used in this pattern are knit & purl so this would make a brilliant beginners blanket.
You will need 5 mm (UK size) knitting needles or size 8 (USA) at least 40 cm long. I used a set of 80 cm long circular needles.
You will also need 250 grams dk yarn / worsted weight yarn. I used Stylecraft Special for Babies.
Approx finished size 37 x 26 inches.
