Collar is crocheted top-down with ruflle added as a last row across.
Pattern is written row-by-row and fully charted.
Finished size: slightly blocked - width 3.5”/ 9 cm, neck opening 7”/17 cm. Width is easily adjustable by adding/reducing the number of rows.
