hook: US G (4.00 mm) yarn: DK acrylic yarn. I used DK Special by Stylecraft, but any double knit can be used. 100 metres (110 yards) of Colour A (Shade: Black) for main body and wings. 9 metres (10 yards) of Colour B (Shade: White) for eyes and tummy. 5 metres (5.5 yards) of Colour C (Shade: Sunshine) for beak and feet. stitch marker tapestry needle safety eyes 9mm (embroidered eyes can be made as an alternative) toy stuffing
