Pompom hat with a reindeer motif

Design
The hat is knitted flat on straight needles and has a Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer motif. The motif is knitted following a chart and using the intarsia method. Rudolph’s bobble nose is knitted up and sewn on separately. You will need to sew the back seam and add a pompom to the top of the hat.
Yarn
The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply).
The picture shows the outfit knitted using Stylecraft Special DK in shades: Red (Lipstick 1246), Camel (1420), Dark Brown (1004), White (1001) and Black (1002).
