I wrote this pattern for a mystery crochet along with the fingerless glove fanatics on Ravelry, in July 2016. To be published in several chunks, the pattern had to be modular, and I decided to use the modules to explore different textures. As the original pair is worked in bright orange and they fit snuggly like a second skin, I called them Orangenhaut (orange peel skin).
The pattern is written in English (13 pages with all tutorials you need for the mitts) and in German (13 pages).

The designer made this very complicated with instructions that do not follow normal methods or even normal verbiage. Lots of instructions that read 1B etc. I love the design but even after 50 years of crochet experience I found it impossible to follow the instructions and did not add wasted time to the wasted money spent on this pattern.
