Ombre Cat Cave

American crochet terms. This is an easy pattern for a crocheted cat cave/pod. It is thick and strong but still soft and flexible. Our kitty Summer loves to snuggle in and also play, rolling around inside. The cave is crocheted in an ombre pattern with colors merging slowly into each other. The cave in the photo is about 12 inches high and 16 inches across, large enough for most kitties though it can easily be made smaller or larger. You can use any worsted weight yarn.
