The little socks Mika are fun to knit! The small contrast stripe on the cuff is stretchy and very comfortably for babies and toddlers. A specially pattern with slipped stitches make the heel longer durable. The pattern offers a lot of possibilities to play around with colors and yarn leftovers.

Finished sizes: Socks Foot Length (after wet blocking): 6 – 12 months – 4 ½“ (11,5 cm), 12 – 18 months – 5 1/8“ (13 cm), 2 years – 5 ¾“ (14,5 cm), 2,5 – 3 years – 6 ½“ (16,5 cm).
Yarn suggested: Sport 5-ply. You can knit the socks with two threads of Light Fingering yarn.
For small socks 6-12 and 12-18 months - 1/2 skein, for 2 years and 3 years - 1 skein and two CC - 5 and 10 yards in the same quality.
Gauge: 22 sts and 36 rows in Stockinette stitch
