Matzah is an unleavened flatbread that is prepared and eaten during The Passover & The Feast of Unleavened Bread, because hametz (leaven), is forbidden to be eaten. When the Israelites were leaving Egypt, they baked matzah to bring with them. The finished matzot size is about 6x6".
