Maia is part of my 'Dolly Days Out' collection.
She is dressed in her jolly yellow raincoat, wellies and sou'ester, all ready to go splashing in puddles!
She is fairly easy to knit and I think suitable for a beginner if you can cast on/off, increase and decrease whilst keeping tension stable. You tube has lots of tutorials if you are unsure on any terminology.
The body and head are knitted in one piece, bottom up and the raincoat is knitted top down.
She is knitted on size 3mm needles throughout. One ball of wool in each colour would make several dollies.
