The yarn listed is a suggestion, however a textured DK/Worsted weight textured yarn may be substituted-go ahead & combine a couple of your favs for extra texture!
Please note that the 1st yarn listed - Sublime Tussah Silk DK, Pomegranate (311) - that I made the scarf with is discontinued. The 2nd yarn choice, Berroco Captiva, would make an excellent substitute & is available here at LoveKnitting.
