Product Details
This pair of fraternal socks start from the cuff down and have both stranded colorwork and lace on the legs, and the foot is worked in simple stockinette stitch. The socks have contrasting cuffs, heels, and toes.
The pattern has been professionally tech edited by Kitty Wunder and has been test knit. This pattern contains charted instructions only.
Skills Needed Basic sock knitting skills, 2-color stranded colorwork, knit 2 together, slip slip knit, yarn over, Kitchener stitch.
Materials 350 yards fingering weight yarn. Shown in Sweet Georgia Tough Love Sock in Peony and Raspberry.
Needles US 1 (2.25 mm) double pointed needles, or size needed to achieve gauge.
Notions Marker, yarn needle.
Gauge 32 stitches and 44 rows/4 inches in stockinette stitch, after blocking.
Finished Size 7 (8)" foot circumference; foot and leg length are adjustable; however, adjustments may change yarn requirements. Socks shown measure 8".
