It is a tiny project knitted with cotton yarn. The neckwear is terrific to use as an accessory item in the chilly season.
Stitches are all about increasing and decreasing, Directions are given for odd rows all even rows are to be knit or purled as stitches appear, purl all yarn overs. Make two pieces and sew them together, or do a provisional cast on.
